Cement and 4x4

We start with 4×4 posts specially pressure treated for constant ground contact set in cement.

Then we use 3 inch Exterior Galvanized Ring Shank nails to attach 3 pressure treated 2×4 rails.

Next we use 5/8 inch thick by 5 1/2 inch wide pickets attached to the rails with 2 3/8 inch Exterior Galvanized Ring Shank Nails.

To provide privacy for their swimming pool, and eliminate the view of the abandoned golf course and shabby old clubhouse in Gulf Harbors, New Port Richey we installed a Custom Stick-built wood fence.  This premium fence was built on 4x4s set in cement, with 2×4 rails and 5/8″x5 1/2″ pickets with Exterior Galvanized Ring Shank Nails.
